Mr Atkinson was totally amazing. I have been a patient for the past 3 years & have had 2 meniscus disc repairs. Then my knee got worse & was told that I needed a partial knee cap replacement. It was explained what was going to happen in a way that was easy to understand. Beside manner was outstanding. Follow up appointments were always helpful and took the care & attention to everything that I was unsure off. I cannot thank Dr Atkinson enough & would recommend him without a doubt.

I had hip replacement surgery with Henry Atkinson just over 6weeks ago. My recovery has been amazing and now am pain free. I couldn’t recommend Henry Atkinson enough he makes you feel completely at ease with his amazing bedside manner! Felt he listened and answered any questions i had a really lovely down to earth surgeon and I can’t thank him enough.

Henry is an outstanding surgeon. He carried out my knee replacement brilliantly and efficiently and I have had no problems at all with it. He offers exceptional care and is always willing to answer questions and provide information and reassurance. He goes the extra mile to ensure that he is right up to date and expertly skilled and also ensures that everything goes smoothly. I am so grateful that he was my surgeon and would recommend him to anyone.

I had a total right knee replacement on 22nd January. Had excellent care and treatment in the hospital. Mr Atkinson regularly visited and talked me through my recovery. I saw him after 2 weeks when my clips were removed and he remarked how well I was doing. I then saw him for my 6 week check and he discharged me. He is extremely caring and so friendly and reassuring. I am so pleased, pain free and back driving, and have returned to my activities which I was unable to do prior to the operation. It may well be that, in the future, I will have to have my other knee replaced. If so, I would want Mr Atkinson to carry out that operation also.
